Explanation of rates:

Christmas holiday rate: €350/week

Duration of stay: Minimum stay 3 days. Prices are per week, including water, electricity and linen. This also includes the costs of final cleaning (€120) and any optional costs. WINTER
Would you like to spend the winter on the Costa Blanca in this beautiful and comfortable apartment? For only €205 per week, including energy costs, linen, SAT TV and WiFi. This low price applies to a rental period of 4 weeks or more and only in the months November to March.

Deposit: The deposit (€350) will be refunded within 8 days after departure. If the accommodation is not left clean or with damage and/or missing inventory, for example, part or all of the deposit may be withheld.


ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS FOR THE USE OF ELECTRICS
Mentioned rental rates include energy costs, unless more than 10 kWh of electricity is consumed per night; the additional consumer costs will be deducted from the deposit at € 0.45 per Kwh
